Welcome to GainPT (gainpt.com). GainPT is operated by Ewan, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using GainPT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GainPT. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You sign in to GainPT using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. If someone accesses GainPT through your account, you're responsible for any activity that happens under it. Please let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
GainPT Pro costs £9.99 per month or £75 per year. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel your subscription at any time — there are no lock-in contracts. When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
To keep the platform running smoothly for everyone, there's a fair usage limit of 20 tests per week. This is more than enough for even the busiest trainers. If we detect abuse or automated usage that impacts the service, we may suspend or restrict your account.
All client data stored in GainPT is end-to-end encrypted (E2EE). This means we cannot access, read, or recover your client data — even if we wanted to. Your encryption keys are derived from your account and never leave your device in plain form. Because of this, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. If you lose access to your account, we cannot recover your data.
GainPT is designed for professional fitness use — specifically for personal trainers conducting fitness assessments with their clients. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
GainPT owns the platform, including its design, code, branding, and features. You own the data you enter — your client information, test results, and reports belong to you. We don't claim any ownership over your data.
GainPT provides normative data and fitness benchmarks for reference purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. As the personal trainer, you are responsible for interpreting test results and making appropriate decisions for your clients. GainPT is not liable for any decisions made based on the data or reports generated by the platform. Always refer clients to a qualified medical professional when appropriate.
Either you or GainPT can terminate your account at any time. You can delete your account from the settings page. When your account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers. We may also terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of GainPT after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
